Moving from concept to reality in the corporate world. What big business can learn from small business.

Presenter

Shimone Samuel, PayPal

Session Type: Discussion

After spending close to 10 years working for internet startups I was surprised to find the corporate environment so disjointed. The process of getting a project launched from concept to design to web is always painful and never smooth. The question is why? What can we do to make the process efficient, effective, and successful?

During this discussion we’ll talk about the steps you can take to improve your process. As companies grow bigger more stakeholders get involved and as a result the product gets worse and not better. In order to change this we need to focus on applying an agile mentality to the corporate juggernaut.
