Session Title
How Interaction Design Affects iPhone Application Sales
Presenter
Jen Gordon, Clever Twist, Inc.
Session Type: Presentation
Ideally this would be a presentation/discussion involving audience members that will shed light on their experience(s) with designing for iPhone, the nuances of the UI and how to creatively influence sales.
The App Store is in it’s infancy, but there’s a great deal of interest and total lack of discussion around what works and what doesn’t in iPhone interaction design. The purpose of this talk is to identify key elements that target user wants and ultimately result in high App Store rankings and/or sales.

I can’t help but ask this question. If “ideally” your presentation would involve audience members, why did you submit is as a presentation? If you believe a discussion format is the most appropriate, perhaps you could re-submit your proposal as a “discussion.” I would love to share my App Store experience with others who have developed apps and sold them.
Good luck!
Good topic–nice to connect IxD with business and ROI.
